Allagash Ski House (7.5%): A Winter Witbier from Maine with flavors of bright lemon citrus, floral notes, and complex and fruity yeast.

Allagash with one of the best base witbiers. This is their winter version. A bit more imperial. The flavors are spot on. It's citrus, floral, lightly sweet with complex yeast flavors. You may think you don't like witbiers until you've had Allagash. Never doubt an Allagash Witbier.

 

Last of the six pack. Definitely, I gotta get more.

Like this WCIPA. hard to find fresh in AZ. Going to try pork chops in the air fryer tonight with russet potato wedges .

Turn this shizz up...

 

La Cumbre Elevated IPA (Hallertauer Herkules, CTZ, Centennial, Chinook, Simcoe, Mosaic, Citra, Nelson Sauvin). Old school IPA goodness right here.

 

My son and I are trying Industrial Art's Hex Bolt IPA. Just an ok beer in my opinion.

 

Really can't lose with that matchup. Both are world class BA stouts and some of the best that the city of Chicago has to offer. Enjoy!

Another Roses by the Stairs local brew. I think I like Rakau hops as much as Nelson hops.
