What beer are you drinking now? #4486

Good morning,
while waiting for this Saturday when I will return for a skiing holiday after a long absence, I did a small "beer haul" with good cans/bottles to take up to the mountains and I drank this excellent Czech Pils:

Bibibir (Castellalto, ITA) + Pivovar Zichovec (Louny, CZE) - CZECH AFFAIR - Bohemian Pilsner (5,1%).

It 's a collaboration between the Italian brewery BIBIBIR and a Czech brewery that I have recently met in various pubs or beer shops with some of their references.
Pivovar Zichovec was born in 2012 as a family-run MICRO craft brewery in the homonymous municipality part of the Kladno district, in Central Bohemia.
It received a lot of praise (as far as I'm concerned, I think the first beer I drank from them was excellent, the "Krahulík 12", excellent Czech Pilsner) and gradually they needed to increase production and for reasons of space in 2016 they moved production to a new modern plant in the city of Louny (capital of the Ústí nad Labem region) where they currently produce about 60 types of beer per year. municipality of the Czech Republic belonging to the Kladno district, in Central Bohemia.

On tap (€6 for a 40 cl glass at the pub "67° Minuto - Holy Island Pub).
Beautiful intense golden color, topped with a soft foam of medium consistency and flavor.
On the nose, mainly notes of cereal, ears of wheat and bread making.
Medium/light body in the mouth.
Herbaceous entry taste, of freshly cut field grass, light hint of earth (they seem to me to be the characteristics of the noble Czech Saaz hops): it remains fresh and ends with a pleasant bitterness, not intense but certainly well perceptible and which closes the drink in a dry way.
The bitter finish is toned down by the re-emergence of soft notes of bread making and toasted cereal (rusks, breadsticks).
On the palate, a fresh and clean taste, the same cleanliness on the tongue.
I do not find a honeyed note, the "soft" is only given by the notes of bread crust.
A quick drink, fresh thirst-quenching, splendid interpretation of the style.
I also have appreciated the freshness and vivacity, always remaining within classic canons.
