Big Nose and shrimps for supper.

 

Toppling Goliath Cyber Sue IPA (Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe). Ripe tangelo, clementine, ruby red grapefruit flesh and peel, floral, earthy pine resin, mango. Crisp, fairly clean, and a firm bitterness. Interesting to see a clear IPA from TG, but it’s pretty solid stuff.

Half Acre Sunrise Vallejo IPA (Nelson, Mosaic, Krush). Little white grape, white grapefruit, little yellow peach, pine resin. HA usually meets or exceeds my expectations, but this one just doesn’t do it for me. Not a bad beer by any means, but the hop character just comes off a bit muddled. Still will enjoy it.

I still chuckle whenever I hear that old pre-Internet meme!

The craziest part tho is that it did actually happen:

'"A dingo ate my baby!" is a cry popularly attributed to Lindy Chamberlain-Creighton, as part of the 1980 death of Azaria Chamberlain case, at Uluru in the Northern Territory, Australia. The Chamberlain family had been camping near the rock when their nine-week-old daughter was taken from their tent. Prosecuting authorities rejected her story about a dingo as far-fetched, securing convictions for murder against her, along with her then-husband Michael Chamberlain as an accessory after the fact. After years of challenge in the courts, both parents were absolved of the crime, and a coroner found that Azaria was indeed killed by a dingo.[1]'

That's interesting, Jake. Had it in cans not so long ago and thought it was good. It's amazing how different a draft taste can reveal real weaknesses in a beer. Cheers!!!
