Counted a record 17 Trumpeter swans in the channel in front of my lake house - crazy! Also, lots of different waterfowl, ring necked ducks, wood ducks, and some hooded mergansers and coots! Pretty awesome!

This local black smoked lager is tasty! Glad I picked up a $10 / case of it recently!

 

Pain in the ass weather day here in Central MA. I just finished cleaning off 2-3 inches of snow from the driveway as the storm is starting to change to freezing rain and ice. I figured its a lot easier to clear the snow before it gets waterlogged and heavy. Having a Guinness 0 now and trying to relax.

Thanks Jason! When it comes to clearing the snow, it has to be done or the consequences paid. But at least I wasn't feeling totally miserable while doing it, and there's 4 more storms in the pipeline - might get a fairly good sized storm over the weekend - 6"+ they're saying. I've had enough of this winter bullshit, I can't wait for warmer weather!! Cheers!
