I still prefer BA over Untappd and other sites because this is the O.G. beer rating site. Does anyone know if BA has any plans to shut down? I hope not.
Never been on ratebeer... But there is no shortage of opportunities here on BA to start a thread that will invite a slew of responses.
I hope not. Being on this site has been a lot fun over these past two years. If Nextglass were to ever shut it down I’d hope that they would at least allow some purchase offers, unlike what AB-InBev did with RateBeer.
I'm a BA4LYFE......hopefully the sites life is longer than mine. And hopefully neither of those is near the end.
Ronnie, with 5 total posts at BA in 15 years, why are you now so concerned the site might close? You're not exactly a big contributor so maybe we can blame your lack of participation.
There are a lot of people working tirelessly to keep this site as great as ever. This is as good a time as any to become a Society member and support this great work. Cheers!

That would be terrible if BA shut down. I don't know what the hell I would read with a pot of coffee and 2 hour breakfasts!
After hanging out in the shadows for 20+ years, I decided to join today. So I certainly hope BA lives long & prospers. Best site for this kind of info out there.
