I'm enjoying this very nice Doppelbock from Prost. Later this morning, I will be going to the annual Chili Fest at the Events Center. Unfortunately, only cans of AALs will be offered. Time for another Banquet I reckon.

Full review linked above, full NBW take linked here. WBAYDN treatment, this is a solid Black IPA, slight malt lead with hops more felt than tasted, but still solid. Like most offerings, I like the standard and lower ABV version over the heavier take.

 

Truth be told, I am hoping they can adopt me!

Tiger Lager worked well with a casual meal for $5.
I prefer their soy sauced chicken leg. This fried version is still not bad.
Butter with condensed milk on toast is a good combo.

Head Hunter for lunch prep, the wife is making cheesesteaks for lunch. Nice 60 degree morning, took a trip to the farmers market downtown.
