Happy Tuesday ba. Light day at work so I’m home rather early. Off tomorrow so into it we go.
My first time with this- Jai Alai double, dipa, cigar city. Just simply a bigger and more concentrated version. Hop forward with lots of nice caramel malt and decently bitter. Notes of citrus fruit, resin, pine, caramel, toffee, herbal tea, and spiced pepper. The 10% pushes it to almost a barley wine. Nice stuff,
