I actually kind of liked that one -- at least the first iteration. I think the subsequent year was dumbed down by Leinie's. (Anniversary Lager was the first collab in 2017, Collaboration Lager came out in 2021 -- if I remember right, Leinie's claimed the '21 beer was the same recipe, but it sure tasted different to me)
Friday, April 4 – The Old German Beer Hall will tap a complimentary keg of Bräu Buddies for patrons, starting at 6 p.m. Saturday, May 3 – The Estabrook Park Beer Garden celebrates the 2025 season with its annual Maifest Weekend and Grand Opening Celebration May 2-4. Lakefront and Hofbräu Munich Breweries will tap a wooden keg of their first ever collaboration beer, Bräu Buddies, at noon on Saturday. Enjoy free beer from the keg while it lasts. Saw it at a local Woodman's today & picked up a sixer. So it seems to be out there (in IL, at least) for anyone interested.
Binny's has had it listed in their website manifest for a few weeks now, but still shows it unavailable at EVERY location.
Yeah I've noticed that too. Gold Eagle has it as well from one of their posts. I think that's up by you?
