New Beer Weekend #242

Good evening, NBWers,

All week long, highs have been in the upper 40s-mid 50s, and today they nearly reached 60. This coming week we're going to see a cool down and some precipitation, including perhaps some snow. Spokane generally has at least one more wintery sucker punch up it's sleeve in March, and it seems this year is no exception.

Last night I was foolish enough to hit a barleywine bomber from Fremont:

Released last fall(?), it's still got a bit of heat, but it's fairly restrained. Pretty tasty stuff, and I've got another bottle to revisit in a year or two to see how it's mellowed.
