The sky is a more deeper blue here than at home. And a wee bit of Whistle Pig 10-year to go with Triple Crossing’s Falcon Smash.

Had a nice hike down in upstate SC earlier. Triliums (not the brewery) were on full display all over the Preserve.
Enjoying Cinq Cents, been a long minute since i had this last. Love the yeast impartation on the flavor.

Cinq Cents is a lovely beer. Way high on my list of favorite Belgians. The whole Chimay lineup is for that matter.
Paul Desmond is an easy listen. Hard not to feel relaxed when listening to his tones. Smooth.

 

It's a great value for the quality beer you get too.
