I had at it at Russian River on numerous ocassions, and while it is not one of their top shelf beers, it is quite tasty and a much better beer than what most other breweries are putting out. Also, I noticed you are in Pennsylvania, I purchased a few different Russian River bottles on my last Philadelphia trip (this was one). Cheers!

Live from The Tower of London pub in Toulouse! Getting ready for a St. Paddy party.,

 

Second pour at Obscura: Something Obscure, a Double New England. The hop bill isn’t listed and the owner/brewer told me it’s meant to be “obscure” but confided that it includes Idaho Gem with spelt in the grist. While an 8.8% IPA can’t be described as crushable, this one is super drinkable. I foresee tilting cans on the deck this summer. Great to see a new brewery rise in the ashes of Bucket Brigade. Cheers!

Levante “Infinite Irish “ Irish Cream Stout!

 

One of my last posts with glassware for a while. We are remodeling the kitchen and demo’ing next week. So will be using plastic cups!

I’m not a huge hazy fan. But this is good.

 

Went to Belgium last week and did a trip to the Hypermarché in Givet (FR). Seen you drinking this beer, so I bought 6 half litres to try. Cheers.
