    Good day BAs! Thanks @MadMadMike and @SawDog505 for opening the bar today!

    Well. Yesterday was a typical Spring day here on the tundra of NW PA - cold and wet. Particularly distressing after having four days of summer - but today might be better.
    Today's New Breakfast Beer:

    Kalamazoo Stout - Bourbon Barrel-Aged from Bells. Received from @Whyteboar in Barleywine and Stout BIF #2. 12 fl oz bottle. Received 26/02/25, reviewed 16/03/25 (Review 3473). Note that I use DD/MM/YY protocol.
    Final impression and summation: 3.75 (After deducting 0.25 point for an undated personal container) Revisionist, higher octane version of a classic. Meh. And what’s with adding brewers’ licorice? Or was it there before and just not delineated?

    Thanks Craig! - another one from a former great that would never penetrate my area.

    Morning, BAs! I know it's early, but I've been busy for hours. A couple of beers this morning, both with chili prep - one of my favorite things to cook. :grinning:
