What beer are you drinking now? #4542

Good morning and happy spring,
recent three-day visit to Palermo, where in addition to excellent typical food I drank quality miolto at the historic pub "LUPPOLO - L'ottavo nano" and at another small place called "Punto Pinta", where there was practically the complete line of the Hammer brewery.
Among the alleys and a quick snack, I also bought this beer that the arancini place "Ke Palle", had brewed by the local Birrificio Bruno Ribadi.
It is produced with ancient Perciasacchi wheat (typical of the Madonie area, in Sicily, the ancient Perciasacchi wheat contains a very low glycemic index, a very elastic gluten alloy that makes it suitable for consumption even by those predisposed to intolerances, although not by celiacs, but anyone who wants to prevent celiac disease. Often improperly compared to Khamut flour, unlike the latter, the ancient Perciasacchi wheat flour is clearly better from a nutritional point of view and above all, for the absence of mycotoxins impossible to develop in Perciasacchi), Sicilian citrus peels, Sumac berries (a shrub widespread in Sicily and southern Africa) and Pink pepper berries.
A very easy Pale Ale, easy to drink, with light aromas and flavors (floral and citrus notes), with a dry finish... perfect to accompany an arancino.
Obviously, the character was not marked to accompany the taste of the food without covering it.
Anonymous yes, but to think that until very recently alongside these dishes we drank industrial stuff with a neutral and standard taste (Peroni, Nastro Azzurro, Heineken), the level is absolutely different and improved, for the whole meal.
Certainly not the maximum expression of our craftsmanship, but suitable for the context and a pleasant surprise for the undersigned.

Anyways, drinking a delicious Elysian Great Pumpkin Ale now. An easy drinker for sure.
