Oh, yeah, it was a mystery beer, just for kicks. Definitely threw me for a loop. Notes over in New Beer Weekend.

    Cheers!

We took a nice walk at Natirer, a park in Somerset County that used to be an estate owned by the King of Morocco. Now cooling off at Oakflower Brewing with a pour of Hi Vis, a TIPA with lots of oats. Great stuff! I’ll buy cans unless I like the new WCIPA better. First world problems. Cheers!

Lol, you are in the majority. I'm very open minded when it comes the food and I'm really enjoying these bad boys.

Good lord, but this is one incredible barrel aged blended imperial stout. Massive aptly describes nearly every aspect of the beast. The real beauty is that nothing comes across as overpowering or unbalanced given the inherent nature of this beer. A glorious monster of a beer!

A local triple from Angry Scotsman. Not too sweet, but probably not that fresh either. No date, but will probably buy again

Da Boss is watching the neighbors dogs this weekend so when trotting back to our house to grab some beer i noticed the wind shift and some smoke is drifting in from the fires in the Green River Cove about 25 miles south of us Miss hiking the trail down there as the Cove Road that drops about 1000 feet has impassable damage from Helene.
Grabbed a Firestone Walker Anniversary XXVII from 2023 acquired a few weeks back. Another masterful blending job by the vintners!
    Cheers!
