Pork simmering in the mix. However no flour tortilla in the pantry ,so will be served over long grain rice instead ,

Pours a clear, pale yellow color, slightly more golden in the glass; lively, fairly dense carbonation; thick, frothy head, white and sudsy, long-lasting. Great aroma, subtle and alluring; lightly sweet and floral on the nose with a dollop of fruity esters. Fantastic taste; delicate with a low-key and refined fruitiness; very subdued malt backbone; beautiful complementary hop bitterness adds depth and complexity. Generally light bodied yet a bit coarse on the palate; dry feel overall.

I really enjoy this beer. It does the Italian style with aplomb. I do think it feels a bit coarse for a pilsner style, but that is a minor consideration. The taste is where things count, and this beer exudes a delicate yet complex flavor. Very tasty.

...Westfax opened a taproom only about three blocks from my home - easy walking distance - but I have yet to visit it (it was originally going to be a WeldWerks taproom, but COVID delays changed that)...anyway, I'd love to try this beer on tap...just gotta do it...

...birds like flickers look for hollow / dead trees, and any hollow-sounding space will do...two possible suggestions would be to put a flicker box near where the bird is making the hole (problem is, a flicker bird house is big)...another option is to get some sort of reflective mylar tape or streamers and tack them over the hole area (the blowing, waving, reflecting tape generally scares 'em away)...good luck...
