What Beer Are You Drinking While Grilling? (2025)

I had totally forgotten about this thread-thank you for the shoutout and the 2025 edition! We're a month and a half behind. I'll hopefully be along this weekend with something delicious.

Hamms and grilling. Goes together like peas and carrots.

 

Drinking Hamms, of course. With a whole lot of surf and a little bit of turf. And I guess technically, those taters are under the turf.

 

Firing up the gas grill the 1st time is always a pain in my rectal cavity. That being said, some bacon wrapped aspargas, seasoned 'taters a hunk swordfish for the lovely bride, a piece of ahi and a Zombie Dust for the chef.....

....."bone appetite", as they say in some parts of the world!

 

If you grill all winter, you don't have to worry about that first firing :wink wink:

Tried to make some "tropical/Hawaiian" PorKey burgers, some grilled pineapple and a mustard based sauce, not shown is the pasta salad............
....the grilled pineapple was tasty, I need no buy that Lagunitas IPA more often....

 

A couple from tonight's grilling escapades...

 

The always gorgeous Pilsner Urquell.
A frisbee-sized flank steak, smoked for about 45:00 with a lil' chunk of cherry over hickory. Has a lipstick ring, bark, and is super juicy....
