    ...Sisu was a pretty entertaining if gruesome movie...historical fiction of the **** / Finnish - Lapland war in late 1944...some things were over-the-top...there were elements of the soundtrack that reminded me of Mongolian Tuval throat singers - e.g., Huun-Huur-Tu [if you're familiar with them]...maybe there is a Finnish equivalent of that vocal style...then there was the **** C-47 bomber section -- totally ludicrous that Germany would have a bomber version of an American transport aircraft...but the protagonist's dog is great...the ****s cruel and brutal, the abused Finnish women righteously triumphant over their tormentors, and hero - Aatami Korpi - a most sympathetic, resourceful, and vengeful character...

    ...very entertaining yet bloody and brutal with some scenes defying belief, but certainly worth watching in my humble opinion...great cinematography...

    Last of beer box #3 daughter sent me. Wasn’t in the mood for anything other than IPA tonight but figured I would drink it. My dad (would be 105 years old) preached never to waste food. Or beer.

    I'm not at all a fan of brown ales but this one is changing my mind and I have my good friend @The_Kriek_Freak to thank for this beer. Enjoying from this soon to be collectible glass, I was so sad to hear that Moylan's is going to be closing their doors, I really enjoyed their beers (when we could get them) and had the opportunity to visit on a business trip.

    This is actually pretty cool, how many artists would allow their soundcheck to be filmed? Prince was such a musical genius (IMO).
