    Too slow on the draw this late night (for me), morning for @Shanex . Hope all is well with you, and nice tall boy to start the day.

    Just watching a few more Vegas vlogs and videos with this light and easy fruit beer before attempting to hit the hay. This is my favorite year round offering from this brewery.

    I’m good thank you. This past Friday I was seeing the surgeon again, he did a knee arthrocentesis which is a minor surgical procedure to aspirate synovial fluid from the knee joint. Three full and large enough needles, some slight blood in it too, making him wonder if I hurt myself against a table or something. Then he did a cortisone injection for relief. Oof.

    Now getting over it, but was well knocked out for the weekend. Onwards and upwards.

    When was the last time that you enjoyed beer from a bomber? I don’t miss the format. But I do miss the craft beer world when they were still prevalent. I’d send a picture to @Resistance88 but I don’t want him to get a lump in his Levi’s:

    Good day BAs! Thanks @Shanex for opening the bar - sorry to hear about your arthrocentesis - the joys of aging!
    Expecting rain later today - so this is just like most days here on the NW PA tundra - always cool and probably going to be sloppy.

    Today's New Breakfast Beer is markedly not sloppy, however!

    A tasty NEIPA brewed with Kveik yeast.

    Nordic Brume – Nectaron, Galaxy, Motueka from Elder Pine. Purchased at Franklin Beer (Franklin, PA) 11/03/25. 16 fl oz can, $ 5.50 (Including tax)/ $ 0.344 fl oz. Reviewed 15/04/25 (Review 3504). Note that I use DD/MM/YY protocol.
    Final impression and summation: 4 (After deducting 0.25 point for an undated can) Good can art. Very attractive brew – excellent lacing from the moment the head begins to recede. The aroma of a tropical fruit market definitely stimulates my taste buds and they’re not disappointed.

    Deep amber color, clear; coarse and lively carbonation; thick head, dense and mainly creamy textured. Warm, inviting nose; toasted malt and caramel. Well-balanced, malt-forward flavor; caramel; mild hop bitterness adds depth. Medium bodied; smooth and velvety on the palate.

    This rich and flavorful amber lager hits the spot. It exudes a refined combination of being easy drinking and satisfyingly tasty. The beer definitely has Vienna lager roots. A very pleasant beer drinking experience.
