Green Flowers is a DDH IPA from Other Half. The Nelson Savauin hop influence is strong, resulting in a green grape and some wine-like flavors. Cheers

1) Benediktiner Helles (5.0%): A German Helles with flavors of pale Munich malt, earthy and sweet honey. Smooth.
versus
2) Benediktiner Oktoberfest (5.8%): A German Festbier with flavors of earth and pale Munich malts. Floral and bready notes.

Benediktiner lager battle. First is their helles. My first try at this. Pale, earthy Munich malt, some sweet honey. Sweet, but clean and drinkable. Excellent.
Next is their Festbier, slightly larger ABV. Nearly identical flavors and aromas, but slightly sweeter honey and heavier, but overall very similar and nearly identical. Slight preference for their helles due to the drinkability, but both are excellent. Both getting a 4.15 on BeerAdvocate.
Winner: Benediktiner Helles

Finished a productive day at work and now having a Focal Banger. Finished setting up my new laptop and transferred all my data over to it - took me about a day to get everything moved over.

I have the hardest time taking pictures of these Alchemist cans because of the silver/black color scheme
