    The Waldo's was super smooth and really tasty, I expected some hop burn, but smooth throughout. Now a SN Electric Torpedo IPA, nothing special or wrong with this one.

    Hop Butcher triple hazy called A Deeper Dish. CO 03/31 it features citra & simcoe hops . ABV hardly noticed and not overly sweet . Did not notice when buying that it was a 3IPA , or would not have purchased (style not my thing).

    ...I sure wish I recall which Hair of The Dog beers I drank in Tacoma, WA back in 2003 (pre-BA days for me), but I certainly enjoy the ones I've purchased over recent years close to and definitely past when when brewery closed it's doors...

    ...it's pretty cool that Alan is still offering some nice beers even now...I just wish I could have visited the taproom where some of their more 'normal' beers were available...

    ...one thing is for sure: HoTD beers do (generally) age quite well, even 10+ years past their bottling dates...

    Totally agree. I have such fond memories of visiting the taproom in Portland over the years, especially with @Lingenbrau who is no longer on BA. Alan has always been amazing, and it's cool to see him collaborating with other breweries and still releasing bottles from his stash. In my honest opinion, I don't think there has been another US brewery that has shown so much independence and uniqueness with their beers.
