There's way more to side project than the stout sales. People are buying sours at their locations on drafts and in bottles constantly

fwiw it’s two very approachable easy drinking 12oz saisons and they’re probably like $1/oz

Ritual will be another easy pass. No barrel, no care; especially with it sounding like a pastry bomb. Doesn't help that its being packaged with a sour we already got. So far, the offerings this year have been rather underwhelming.

Hazelnut is top 3 worst adjunct, only surpassed by banana & mint

I like banana, but I agree on the hazelnut and the mint - gross.

I'm also with @TurkeysDrinkBeer - this one is an easy pass for me.

I had the new BA17 on draft at Perennial this past weekend and feel they balance the mint so damn well in that one. I know that mint is polarizing but that one always hits the sweet spot for me.

I only respond to people with a 100% trader rating around here... Sorry.

This and GI Shamrock Stout are the only 2 mint stouts I've had that I enjoy.

I just had the GI Shamrock for the first time. So good. I haven't had 17 in a long time but from what I remember I liked Shamrock better.

I also remember liking regular 17 better than the BA version.

BA17 did a great job of cutting into the heavy mint with barrel imo. Haven't had it in close to decade, might have to change that.

Ohhhh interesting... BA17 was far better than regular for me. As someone mentioned above, the barrel cut the mint perfectly. That's what I love about beer though. Two people can experience the same beer in completely different ways. That makes it fun

    Cheers!

Technically, half the package is BA. Just not the half anyone cares about.

Shocked by the price - makes it an even easier decline on this one, if that was even possible.
