    Le Tourbillon from Cantillon. 18 months old lambic matured in barrels of peated whiskey from the Michel Couvreur distillery - bottled on December 17, 2024. Awesome!

    Alright, this is my last (for now). Sorry to consume the thread! Vin Santo. A collaboration between Tenuta di Capezzana & Cantillon. A blend with the pomace of Trebbiano grapes and 2 year old Lambic. Before being blended with the lambic, the grapes were dried for 4 months on mats.

    I guess they had the idea to bottle a geueze at the exact same time but age one under the sea and one normally. This is the result!
