Swamp Head Brewing Gainesville Green NEIPA, this is fantastic! We're headed to Gainesville on Saturday for lunch at Cheesecake Factory then drinking/shopping at Swamp Head.

 

Today I am having a Sullivan's Irish Gold

Yesterday I had a Eibauer Schwartzbier

 

Beachwood Brewing ~ Thrillseeker IPA

Well, there is no way I can compete with the awesomeness that is @Beersnake and @jmk

I'm just at a mediocre brewery in Houston...H-Town Brewing to be exact.

First up, a very average, want to be West Coast IPA...



And then a sickly and cloying sweet Doppelbock.

 

Cigar City Jai Alai Double IPA

 

I like it but, its far from world class. Just a very enjoyable post mowing the lawn type of beer

 

Though after that mediocre brewery...went over to a cool bar that just opened...if you are familiar with my $2 Tuesday Old fashioned's from Johnny's Gold Brick...well this is a new bar they opened up. This particular Old Fashioned was only $6 so there you go It is made with a BiB Bourbon, so, yeah its a bit stringer so again there you go



Eureka Heights Mini Boss in the glass next...always a sold local IPA.

 

I'm not done hopping around...at Cantina Barba for some tacos...

Legit Barbacoa tacos and corn tortillas, and a Negra...

I just recently...well a couple of months ago saw Vijay Iyer's trio live. I'm sure I posted about it here then, but it was like the third or fourth time I have seen Vijay. Easily becoming one of my favorites...I didn't get any pics out of respect..but it was great.

Obviously not his trio, but one of his many many bands...

Hamm’s on the back porch The Mrs is making a creation of boneless chicken with bacon red peppers onion chicken broth crushed tomatoes over bow tie pasta for dinner I cant wait she is a genius at throwing items together with no recipe .

 

Damn tasty! This 6er will not last long
