Hoppin' Frog - Hauser's Heat Of The Moment. An imperial porter? Have I ever encountered one? While I am loathe to think of how old this bottle is, it is still quite pleasant. Flavorful and balanced.

Yes, it is true. I drink my fair share of this IPA too. 6th Lord brewed by Basic City.

 

I see this quite often on here, must try it if/when I see it on my travels.

 

I thought about that. I do think that the condition is real but other docs may think it may not be warranted. I have the scars on both corneas but one apparently is not good. So I guess at what point is not good?

 

My guess is you see it a lot because it is my sorry ass posting it a lot. It is a good IPA. Good taste. Reasonable ABV. Reasonable price. And brewed in Virginia!

 

Nothing wrong with taking a break. That's a good thing. Congrats on the new job. My family has printing pedigree. My grandfather was a foreman at the Atlanta Constitution newspaper and taught print shop at a high school in Atlanta. My mom was a typesetter at a newspaper and. I worked at a print shop many hears ago. That's old school stuff though.

 

Sauce from the freezer is served (always better) over angel hair pasta .

That is a really good idea. I had not thought about that.

 

Supper is done and settling into FoodTv with the wife, and a Magnanimous Legends of the Fog DDH DIPA, hopefully this one is liked in NY. The 3 week long Giro da Italia starts tomorrow, a 2,250 mile, 3 week long bicycle race, the scenery from the helicopters is amazing.

As someone with lot of eye problems (had a detached retina back in 2019) I can empathize. Was your regular guy an opthamoloist or optometrist? Optometrists can miss those kinds of things.
