    I'm off work today, but sitting waiting for my car to have the a/c checked out (it gets really hot here in the summer btw :slight_smile:). Random thought hit, wish they had a beer bar here. That would be cool...On second thought, probably not a great idea. :joy:

    Forgot to reply to @AZgman this morning: Yes, Westmalle tripel is one of the best there is for the style, I’m very fond of Gouden Carolus and Karmeliet also.

    Many lucky advocates that tried De Garre seem to think it’s very, very special… until next time. Cheers.

    I had a couple De Garre recently. Easy to get for a normal price here (online). I guess what a part of what makes it special is that it is hard to get in most parts of the World :slight_smile: Outstanding beer nonetheless. It is used as a base (or mother-beer) for some well known Belgian beers.

    Literally unavailable here and trust me I tried to look for it over the years. I guess that should make for a fair “excuse” to go to Bruges whenever I can make it happen.
