Drekker Endless Soup, Salad, and Breadsticks (5.2%): An Italian Pilsner with flavors of sweet lemon, white grape, flower, and smooth honey.

First try at this Drekker Pilsner. An Italian Pilsner, which I am not exactly sure how this is different than an IPL anymore. Tons of hops here. Also the addition of sweet honey. It's hoppy, sweet. But GD, I have to admit I sort of like it.

 

Good evening BAs! We woke up with raging head cold this morning…kinda drag-assing around all day. Home now from running errands, starting with a 3 Floyds’ “War Mullet “:



A little on the malty side, but lots of bitter orange peel. Kinda boozy for a DIPA. I like! Cheers y’all!

West Coast bitter delicious. Always in my fridge.

A cool low 80s evening with a breeze now. By sunrise the temperature will be in the low 60’s. Happy to hang out here for a couple of weeks before heading further north. Cheers y’all!

8 miler on trail, then some strides on a track this morning, and the hammie felt up to it. *phew*

Time for a beer as I cook up some Daube Provencal, a regional dish from southern France. I'm using lamb instead of the traditional beef, but that's also Provencal as an attitude. Use what you have.

Lill digging the whiff coming off this Wayfinder Crow Show London Porter. It's a damn fine beer.

Alas, because of the Daube and the open Cotes du Rhone, prolly one and done.

Another Streetside hazy, another excellent beer, IMHO. Lots of peach, mango, grapefruit, and pineapple. Absolutely love it.
