    Hello! Thanks for kicking things off, @ChicagoJ!

    I'm drinking Timmermans Lambicus Blanche, a sweet, floral, herbaceous, tangy hit of pleasure all in one swallow. The finish is smooth and mild and tastes a lot like Turkish Delight. I'm wary of Lambics as they usually don't do it for me, but this blond version is a winner!

    Have a great weekend once you get to it!
