    Hello, and happy Saturday to you, @LesDewitt4beer!

    I've had another Saturday full of Aussie Rules football (mandatory beer pic below) and my daughter's netball, and am just now sitting down to some Lambic action courtesy of Brewery John Martin & Brewery Timmermans, which also makes the minor claim of being the world's oldest lambic brewery.

    This one is restrained and moreish, something I don't usually associate with gueuzes. So far, I'm enjoying this one without my lips puckering backwards into my skull, and that's always a win, regardless of the beer!

    Here's to everyone having a great Saturday, wherever you are and whatever beer or sport you might, or might not, be enjoying!

    Always safe in the knowledge that I am in fact having a good time at home if accompanying our lawn irrigation system. Ha! We can do it but I know some areas cannot and shouldn't. Still learning.
    @AzfromOz your corked 'n caged beer looks fab. Up here Minnesota has a footy club you might have gotten wind of. There's some fire here. Good stuff!

    Not a good beer start for today with this on from a brewery which is usually on point.

    Read this week without changes I'll be one of the 13.7 million cut from ACA or Medicaid coverage within 18 months. Guess I'll have to hope not to get sick for 90 months thereafter. Yea America.
