Rolling on with Bend from The Veil. Billed as an APA, but bless their hearts, they can't seem to keep the haze out of it

 

I've been watching for this beer for a long time since several of you have recommended it - I finally found it today, and it is delicious!!! Perfect for this fall like weather.

 

Peering through my fridge, full of new and almost esoteric selections, I honestly wish I had one of those or a Two Hearted within easy reach!

Halmonie is a Korean Rice lager also brewed with German malts and Harmonie hops. Nose did not show much cold but as the brew warmed the white bread from the German malts came thru. Finish was peppercorn spiciness and a touch of banana (I had to look up the flavors around this hop never having experienced it before to confirm this was not an off flavor). Overall, this is another solid lager from the Good Word team.
