Good Sunday afternoon, BAs. It's another wonky weather day in the NYC metro area. Bright sun one minute - dark, threatening clouds the next - and breezy. I'm gonna grill some Italian sauage but not before a couple of pops. The first is an Imperial Stout that I reviewed on the NBW thread: Panopticon, an Imperial Stout collaboration between Twin Elephant and Troon, released 2 weeks ago for Twin Elephant's 9th Anniversary. It simulates a Banana Fosters dessert and it is very sweet. It is a bomber bottle but one pour at a time is enough for me. Cheers!

 

Silent Surrender Belgian Style Tripel, 10%, from Swashbuckler at the Flavor Fest.
I dropped off an old half barrel from them and grabbed a PINT of Tripel and a 6pk of their Helles Bock to take home as a souvenir.

 

Dungeness by Hop Butcher w some more NZ hops which, like many, are my favorite. This is tasty

In between bands of rain as I type this. Leg of the Lamb and Pork Roast have been on the smoker 6 & 4+ hours. The falling rain really upped my wood consumption. Will finish in the oven.

One of the few beers I buy no matter what. And it’s not all because of my fandom. This is a legitimately tasty brew.
