My sister in law has one . She has perfected the crust( took several tries) puts veggies from the garden on it and leftover meats from meals, always great pie. What toppings on yours today?

Years ago when I lived in CA, we used to go to Hollywood Park on Friday nights for horse races. Dollar beer and hot dogs. Which was good, because it never felt like I won!!

Have a good Sunday. I am at Natty Greenes for dinner with my wife. We watched terminator 2 judgement day last night and it was amazing. Perfect directing with the iconic lines said only once and at the right time. Watched the first earlier in the week. I started The Peripheral by William Gibson and i am enjoying it so far. Slow start.

Natty Greenes mighty citra. Fantastic pale ale. Lasting head retention and soapy lacing. Aromas and flavors of big red grapefruit, tangerine, peach, pineapple, mango, passionfruit, berries, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, toast, light caramel, herbal, floral, grass. Medium-high pine, citrus rind, herbal, spicy bitter finish. Medium carb and body. Balanced creamy bready malts and sticky resinous hop mouthfeel. Lingering resin dryness and minimal hop astringency. Minimal warming 5.4%. Overall outstanding vibrant and dank hops with a toasty malt backbone. I love it. 4.26/5
