We we we Wednesday!

Time for a beer. First workout under the eye of my new Coach (Hannah Allgood, one of our local pro trail runners) and this morning kicked my ass. EZ 3 mile warm-up jog, then... Tempo 8' blocks and then 1'on 1'off intervals. Straight to the gym for a lift and then some sauna sweat.

Words were written, swords were shattered, and shields split. A good hump day. Oh, and very much NOT ONE AND DONE today.

True! The brewer / owner is a creative dude. Grows his own hops for his taproom IPA, has several small batch things barrel aging.
I gave him a can of Big Bad Baptist last wknd.,. he invited my wife & I to come tour his brewery so we can taste it together, along with some of his personal stash.,

Cool and rainy, better have a big smoked pepper porter!

 

Costco just got those in last week so I got my first case of the year! That’s a really nice beer!

 

Pretty much light rain all day thus far. Not bitchin'. Stashed in the B Campus fridge, Summit Triumphant Session IPA.
My backpack blower is ready for pickup tmrw at mpls saw. Cool. I shall berth my sloop into their mooring pool.

 

My local beer monger FINALLY got this back in after some time of absence.
I thought my Czech dark loving son would like it, but to my surprise, he only thought it was ok.
I'm still working on him.

That’s cool!! I was married with a child and a mortgage!! Kinda changed my life style! I would love to visit Germany!!
