    Good morning, good evening, happy time zone travelling. Thank you to everyone who makes BA the place to be, whatever time it is in your world!

    Here is something called 12° Pils from Boundary Bay Brewery in Bellingham, Wash.

    Clean and crisp, and on the light side of the Pilsner spectrum. I'd even call it more of a Kölsch style, but the hops are more resiny in this case. Aromatic with green herbal notes, straw, and a distinct hoppy nose. Flavor is pleasing with the hoppy tang and virtually no malt taste. Highly quaffable with a fine spritzy mouthfeel. Distinct bitter aftertaste, but all quite light and lively.

    Thanks for the kickoff @mactrail . Your Kolsch like Pils sounds excellent.

    This is the first Summer like day in terms of temps here (muggy 70s to start, high in the upper 80s before a cooling rain appears tomorrow). Hoping I can make it comfortably with the condo staying in the 70s without air conditioning, which I prefer off.

    Full Cellar Review thread treatment link. WBAYDN treatment, the broad range of aromas and taste flavors have narrowed significantly, very enjoyable but in a different way 4 1/2 years out. Glad I pulled and will savor for quite a while longer.
