    Good morning, MadMadMike and all the ships at sea! Looks like you might have an early dahlia in your nice photo.

    Appropriately enough here is Day Ender DIPA from Dust Bowl Brewing --
    Aromatic with peach and orange peel. Rich and malty with strong citrus flavors, but very bitter. Grapefruit aftertaste and quite sharp. Rough stuff. From the 16 oz can purchased at Whole Foods in Fresno. Dated 12/10/24.

    Have you been here to Gozo? This is definitely one of the most remote breweries I have been to (relative to Seattle anyway :smile:).

    On vacation with Mrs O, flying out to see (34-year-old) Little O. The first leg of the trip finds us in Detroit, waiting for our next flight. Time for a beer (and a glass of Pinot Grigio for Mrs O)!

    Since we’re in Michigan, an iconic beer from this fair seems appropriate. This is REALLY fresh Bell’s Two Hearted, which is the first IPA I ever had, coming up on 20 years ago. Still love it after all these years (and beers).
