    Hello BAs! I'm enjoying a Summit Triumphant Session IPA while getting the old smoker up and running with apple & cherry. Keeping it under 200F most of the time. Nice.

    And good morning to you! Enjoying Loose Unit IPA from the Pacific Northwest--

    Citrus taste is very nice. with some sweetness to bring out the fruit. Malty flavors with lime and orange peel and a hint of peach in the aroma. Moderate bitter citrus peel aftertaste. Overall this is a tangy and aromatic hoppy brew and highly drinkable.

    Black Butte XXXV from Deschutes. Four-pack of 12 fl oz bottles. Reviewed 12/06/25 (Review 3538).
    Final impression and summation: 4.25 Uncredited label artist. Very tasty porter. Rarely does a Deschutes Reserve Series make it here.

    I believe this is my first beer WBAYDN three-peat. Have two more left, perhaps may go for the fourth tomorrow before New Beer Weekend beers enter the picture.

    This is perhaps my oldest snifter. Don't recall having a Ska beer before, likely got it free or on sale during the start of my craft beer journey. Ska Brewing sold last week after their 30th Anniversary.
