It's got a nice tart raspberry finish with a touch of floral hibiscus.
A pretty good summer Saison.

Have a good Friday. Haven't had a beer in 2 weeks. Came out for another Mexican restaurant we haven't had. We are at El Alebrije on market Street. Been pretty busy with books this week. I finished Stalin volume 1 by Stephen kotkin and it was 4.25/5. Basically all Russian history from 1878 and 1928. A lot of assassinations for the whole book lol. 39 hour audiobook.


Got a Sweetwater ipa. Fantastic classic ipa with Columbus, Chinook, Cascade, Simcoe, Golding hops.

Holy Sh#$ this is good!
I wasn't sure at first, as SN Pale Ale is such an epic standard of Pale Ale, I wasn't sure about it in cask form.
The cask Pale Ale tastes nothing like their standard Pale Ale.
It's a beautiful thing all on its own.
