Friday night after whenever both my 6 and 3 year olds are in bed. Not saying I never drink during the week, but it's only occasional. On that Friday night though once kids are asleep, I pretty much always crack open something great.
I've kept a lot of weird hours working over the years, so basically, when I get off from work on work days, and when I feel like I've accomplished enough to deserve a reward on days off.
Fridays after about 4PM is it for me, typically don't drink during the week, unless its that time period between Xmas and New Years.
On Christmas Eve, the 12 Days of Christmas, Epiphany, and sometimes Halloween and Thanksgiving, 2 a.m. CST on the dot. Most of the rest of the time, it's a crapshoot.
Once a week on a Friday or Saturday. 5pm in the winter months, 7pm in the summer. During NFL season I might dabble into Sundays, mid afternoon.
Totally depends. Weekdays with no work expected (I work from home) and I’m feelin’ it? 11 a.m. Busy days like today when I barely have time to use the bathroom and skip breakfast and lunch? 5 p.m. or later. And then there are the days, or stretches of days, when I don’t drink at all. It happens. And oddly, I’m probably less likely to drink during the weekend than during the week. Because I’m already relaxed and a beer sometimes feels redundant.
I feel like as a father of a 12 year old daughter who is a multi sport athlete, whenever a beer friendly time is the answer for me. Also, anytime the wife is up for having a drink lol. But, Friday and Saturday nights as well as most Sunday evenings are pretty much standard for me, with a week night session or two mixed in
They are probably more prevalent than what you think. I can think of three here in Michigan. There are probably more - I just haven't found them yet.
At home: about 2100 (2-3 times a week?) meet friends for drink at bar: 1700 (once a month) dinner out: 1800 (twice a month) Old age puts a crimp in things.
