Got my 20-miler in this morning, and felt OK until the final 3 miles when I fell apart in this humidity (wasn't so hot). Probably needed a bit more salt on board.
Now? Revitalized, and ready to rip.
Need something for a weird, rumbly, cloudy day. Monsoon beer?

Drinking a Mother Road Tower Station IPA by. An Arizona brewery from Flagstaff. This IPA is always fresh easy to find and priced right . Not quite a full WCIPA but nothing close to NEIPA . Very tasty . CO 05/30 I like the 12oz serving.
