    Hello! Another Saturday is in the bag here in Oz, but was it really a Saturday if I didn't have a beer?

    Luckily, that question can go unanswered for another week, because today I have a good old-fashioned Melbourne Bitter, a beer I grew up with in the 1990s, and which, 30 years later, proved more than adequate company at the local footy. Upon arriving home, I followed it up with a Jan de Lichte, a beer that represents a flavour spectrum I didn't even imagine existed 30 years ago.
