Today, it's my ninth from Oakville, Ontario's Cameron's Brewing Co., their 6.3% Cruising Through the Galaxy Hazy IPA, and my first from Komarno, Slovakia's Heineken Slovensko, their 4.7% Golden Pheasant, as my two new beers to experience. Bookending one of the greatest jazzers ever, singer/trumpeter Chet Baker...



If I had to fashion a guess, I'd say Gracie prefers the Golden Pheasant. Just saying! =)



Enjoy the great weather this fantastic weekend! My mother would have been 84 today, and she loved jazz...and as a sweet coincidence, nearby Windsor, which NEVER has jazz festivals, has two free ones this weekend...yesterday and today, downtown on Erie Street East, in Via Italia, and tomorrow, in Olde Sandwich Towne. Time for a another Michelada to great the day in the hot tub.

This beer gets a pic because I deleted my other one. This tried ass beer was in a Mixed 12 where most of the beers were out of date. So now this one is really out of date. Not as spicy as last week's. I felt that last beer last night

 

Nope, at Heathrow waiting to connect to Houston. Leaving Scotland is tough, but it cannae be helped. I’m ready for an ice-cold Lone Star.

 

Who knew you could get a proper (half)pint at an airport? I love the U.K.
