Checked the tap list a few times here (Ser*Veh*Zah), and finally stopped for one.

7/13/25 - (Ser*Veh*Zah) (Las Vegas, Nevada) Bar Notes:
$8.67 with tax 16oz tulip glass draft pour, 5.0% ABV, 14 IBU. Wheat Beer Hefeweizen.

Appearance: 16 oz clear tan orange unfiltered draft served yields a bright white fine bubble head over the base plus lacing, hard to see the carbonation between light and haze. 3.75

Aroma: Banana, clove, wheat. Medium strength, higher enjoyment. 4.25

Taste: Consistent with aroma, clove and banana, comes through well, wheat, bubblegum very nice. 4.0

    Mouthfeel:
Light prickly carbonation, definitely comes in sweet but not too sweet. Drinks at the ABV, lightly dry, banana clove all the way. 3.75

    Overall:
This is a good Hefeweizen, traditional style flavors, a bit sweet but enjoying despite my grumpy bitter preference. 4.0

I spied this beer yesterday here at The Silver Stamp, starting here with first call. I believe this is my first from this Norwegian brewery 1036195[/URL]]@GreenBayBA !

7/13/25 - (The Silver Stamp) (Las Vegas, Nevada) Bar Notes: $12 10 oz tulip glass draft pour, 7.5% ABV. Beech wood smoked bock Grimstad, Norway.

Appearance: 10 oz dark brown bronze base, tan white creamy head leaves spotty lacing and a creamy bubbly cover. 4.25

    Aroma:
Nice smoke, sausage and beechwood aroma. Pulling this smoke beer ***** in like cheap perfume on a Vegas, well you know what. 4.5

    Taste:
Mild plus taste, consistent with the aroma, just not as intense. Rich smoked flavors, more wood than meat, and digging the subtle touch. 4.0

    Mouthfeel:
Faint gentle carbonation, ice easy smoke for those smoke averse. Drinks easy, below the ABV, beech wood the star finish here. 4.0

    Overall:
This is a solid smoke beer, a good option for someone looking for a light touch for the flavor without the strong versions I love but others steer clear. Nice intro to this brewery, hope to come across more. 4.0

Obelisk Deep in The Cold Ground

This is a blend of whiskey barrel-aged and unbarreled imperial stout. It has the deep caramel richness that only comes from a long, long boil. It proudly bears a thick head of foam the color and consistency of espresso crema. It has less barrel character than I usually prefer, and yet still somehow more than enough. It is more bittersweet than sweet, and I like that. It boasts tons of dark berry flavors and deep, deep char, with a twinge of oak and formidable earthy bitterness. Body like an amazon wrapped in a black velvet bodysuit. You don't know how to handle this much body.

I think I need to nab another can soon.
