Home after hitting the gym, then the Kroger’s…first beer today is one of the BL’s I bought for my brother yesterday:



It’s very cold and it will go down fast as I clean the grill.

Today will be bbq chicken legs, and marinated breast halves. Also on the grill - corn in husk and white peach halves. Thank goodness there is a bit of a breeze this rainy/steamy hot afternoon. Cheers y’all!

Mrs O’s best friend and her husband are visiting, and were out to lunch at the Sun King taproom in Mishawaka. This California Common (or steam beer), which has a tea-like flavor profile, is really hitting the spot at a whopping 3.3% ABV. Absolutely love it.

She got the “Zest In Show” Russian Imperial Stout, very good!
I generally like to start off light and went with the “Wit” half pour. Refreshing!
