Nice, down Houston way and currently drinking everything that Jester King has been canning and distributing. The latest WC they released was Short Line West Coast IPA hopped with hops from Cosby grown in Oregon. They have (in my mind) been nailing it the past year with a slew of one off releases ranging from Pilsners to IPAs
Tower Station IPA from Mother Road Brewery in Flagstaff,AZ, A beautiful tasty IPA that IMO leans WC in style . Nicely hopped with citrus malt and pine/citrus bitterness. Passing thru the state? I recommend it.

Community Mosaic and Jabberwocky. Freetail Soul Doubt, but six packs and stove pipes are only available at the brewery now.
When it's relatively fresh La Cumbre Elevated might be my favorite IPA, period. Some other faves of mine would be Marble Red and Boxing Bear Uppercut.
Agree on that along with Union Jack.Purchased some 09/23 Elevated yesterday. I like that La Cumbre only dates this 90 days out.
