Took the bullet train down to Kagoshima, a city that has an active volcano in what is essentially downtown. Here it is: Sakurajima. I may go there later on.

A delicious hoppy beer from another city here in Kyushu Island. Pricey but worth it.

Sankaku Brew Works - Tanokan

A rice lager made with American hops, brewed by a local craft brewery here in Kagoshima.

 

My son and I went to a little brewery in Koto City named Beer Vista Brewery Nice beers and it was pizza night

Had the Smokey 4 pizza. Somewhat different toppings than I am used to but it was good!
He had Fire Starter beer and I had the Vista Lager

 

Next up for him was Bat Flip and I has Groovin' Groovin'. Both were good beers. Like this place. Nice somewhat hole in the wall place.
