SP Pizza opens at 11:30 - just get there a little early and park there. Kids love a slice or two while waiting for bubbles.

New video on the YouTube channel introducing Marble Lions- a non barrel aged stout with peanut butter, banana, and vanilla.

I wish they’d use some of the LC money to get Cory a lapel mic. The poor audio quality makes it very difficult to understand.

I actually love Peanut Butter + Vanilla but this needs to be in a 2 pack of cans for under $40

I said this to someone recently. The audio quality is so amateur it’s actually astonishing that they are even putting them out. Who approved these videos and didn’t say, “let’s spend like $40 and get something that is at least understandable”.

The issue there is the risk they'd try and make it a nitro stout. No one needs more of those.

I kind of agree though - if this was a $15 can, I might grab one. I surely won't purchase a $40 bottle of this.

$40 non barrel adjunct stouts shouldn't be a thing. Period.

Out of all the things I’ve complained about SP, and there has been a lot, these $40 non BA stouts aren’t even close to the top. I feel like these are on par with what reg Cocovibes used to cost, they aren’t packages like the last Cocovibes and some other ones were. I mean even Brooklyn vibes was $40 if I remember correctly. Is it expensive for a non BA beer? Sure, but honestly this is as close to pre covid pricing that SP has come in a long time. And to be honest I like to see them doing something besides the same 4 adjuncts over and over. I would like them better in 16oz cans at say $20/can, but still I’ll be buying a bottle.

Sorry y'all, I have a memory hole from the past month:

Did D20 go on sale publicly at all? Or was it *only* sold to LC as a standalone (limit 1 per) for Round 1, and then as the package with Tamarindo for Round 2?

    Heard, thank you!

FWIW -- I didn't see much chatter about it in here last week, but it sounds like the Library Tasting #7 was a blast (if you're into saisons, anyway).

They had a bunch of classics and Batch 1's on the to-go list, as well as OFGC (which was not part of the tasting itself, interestingly). And apparently, they sold more than just 3 to-go bottles if ya stuck around till the end. Here's what they were pouring up that day:

That's from at least 2-3 years ago. It seems to be much more readily available/accessible. I'd still pay $100 for it but long gone are the days of it being $350 or higher.
