I haven't noticed anything in my area, but then again, I am admittedly a strict follower of the seasons. I'm still trying to enjoy all the blondes, hefe's, and lagers I still need to go through...

Troegs new fall seasonal but by zero means a fall beer, loving this one...it is scratching an itch that hasn't been scratched this well in a long time. Posting a pic from the other night now because I just grabbed a second six pack today, has great tongue coating resin and lingering bitterness, and right in the IPA abv sweet-spot. Give it a try, and grab 'em while they're still fresh, it's a good one.

Same date as the 4-packs I saw here in Illinois.

OTOH -- the six-pack bottles of the Amber Märzen had O2-2025 packaging dates.

Has anyone gone to that "spatenbeer.com" URL lately? It looks like Spaten doesn't even own the address anymore.

Has anyone seen Sierra Nevada’s Octoberfest yet? Their website says it’s available August- September, I guess it will be out any day now.

it’s pretty funny thag Octoberfest isn’t technically available in October.

There have been sightings in other threads -- I think someone from CA even posted.

My local's website says they have it, but it's not always a trustworthy source.

https://finder.vtinfo.com/finder/web/v2/iframe?custID=SNB is the best way imo to locate SN beers locally. I think others have found it to fairly accurate as well. If you've not used it before, bookmark it! :beers:

This is definitely a good source, but don't forget that they report when a location receives the beer, not necessarily when it's available for sale.

I've seen 12 packs and 6ers locally. Assuming NC location vs CA location?

Calender flips to August and I start stocking up on favorites!

Round Trip Brewing Oktoberfest Märzen 5.5%
    Highland Brewing Clawhammer Märzen 5%
    Ayinger Oktober Fest-Märzen 5.8%

Clawhammer has become a mini-tradition as the first I drink every year. Ayinger is my favorite of all German Märzen and Round Trip (GA) was outstanding last year. Hope the same this. Prost!

Perfectly reasonable then to walk through the stock room doors, with perhaps a slightly raised voice, stating "I know you got it back here somewhere". No?

 Fortunately, I've made friends with the beer dept. manager at my local and just ask him.

Though I have gone looking for him and stood in a window of the swinging doors and knocked loudly.
