We are at Sidereal Farm Brewery in Vassalboro, ME.



Exquisite Drip honey saison. Satan's Call Czech dark lager on lukr. Bob's Cherry Cream Ale, and She-nanigans strawberries papaya green tea saison. So far everything tastes great. Worthy find - interesting brews, nice setting, good people.

 

Nice "Harvest IPA" that I need to get more of! Very tasty beer....



my daughter's pup Bean = right before he had surgery earlier this am - glad he faired well and they removed the tumor easily and nothing more was found on CT scan and bloodwork!

 

Hot one again.

Really enjoying Sidereal. Talked with the owner and the brew team. Tried a few extra things including a delightful dry cider and a test sauson with cucumber, mint, and a bit of lime.



Get Him to the Fenugreek - vanilla and fenugreek. Nicely maple flavored, slightly sweet. Queen City Smoke - a smoke Norwegian beer - Stjordasol made over open fire and koelschip fermented.

New favorite hidden gem here. If you are in the Augusta area, please give these guys a visit.
