    This is Honey Pale Ale from Bruny Island Beer Co., located on a small island off Tasmania's south coast. Tasmania is the big island that hangs off the southern Australian coast and is also home to the real Tassie Devil, but not the cartoon version...

    I remember about the Port-Arthur massacre there too, some thirty years ago which unfortunately then opened the eyes of the world in a grim way about Tasmania.

    I remember that day well and even where I was when I heard the news; it was such a rare occurrence here then, and even rarer since. We banned all assault rifles and most others, too, as a result of that day.
