They are, but so is my palate. I just dont want to spend $40 for a 5oz pour cause that's all I'm gonna want.

I'm with you on that. Coconut Vibes B1 was perfect since it didn't have quite as much coconut. The rest of the batches since then have been cloyingly sweet - 2-3oz max for me. If they cut it in half I'm sure it would be much more drinkable.
Coconut beers are hard to perfect though, it seems.

I think all of these non BA adjuncts stouts they are releasing need to be in cans. Preferably a 4 pack of 12oz cans. Really don’t need a fancy bottle that I have to drink all at once

Well ya see, they can somehow charge $40 for a 25 oz bottle but no one would buy a $40 non ba 4 pack

True. The 4 packs would need to be priced in the 20 somethin dollar range. Like most other breweries do

I'm with you - I haven't bought any of these bottles - just not where my palate is these days. Seems like they're on a total non-BA groove right now, and a big bottle of these is just not for me. Were it on tap when I was out there, I might grab a small pour.

Library tasting already sold out. Was hoping there'd be a few of the beers teased in the listing but grabbed a ticket anyway

Library tasting tickets gone in about a minute, no surprises there. Got mine. Going to be quite a night.

Saw they opened up to 100 people instead of 50

Seems like quite the wave of non-BA stout production. If they haven’t already felt pricing pressure, it seems they likely will. On the brighter side, I assume these beers are going into barrels but honestly, I thought the pastry stout fad was over.

Looking on the blog, I see there is a blended triple and barrel aged hitting the streets next month for the anniversary. That’s kind of exciting!

I've been begging for a big non adjunct barleywine for months so naturally I'm not expecting LC to get any

Just opened a bottle of the most recent La Ruche. Excellent stuff. Always one of my favorites. If they want to keep cranking out saisons I'd love to get another batch of this.

    It's a lot to commit to. I can commit to a 16oz can vs a 25oz bottle.

I think they’re doing non-BA as an easier way to get malty offerings out to the states they’re now distributing to. In Illinois, most shops have a wealth of white labels hanging around, with the only stouts or barleywines came on draft or as bottle pours during the launch parties.

La Ruche is my go-to bottle to gift or open for someone who isn't familiar with SP or saisons in general. The responses are always positive.

It’s been so long since the last batch of grisette. Glad to see a return

Anabasis b3 was a nice get for those who jumped on it. That beer holds up exceptionally well.
