Today's New Breakfast Beer comes from @2beerdogs in a recent LIF:



Citra Loves Galaxy from Brewery X. Received from @2beerdogs in a LIF. Reviewed 26/08/25 (Review 3568).
Final impression and summation: 3.75 Uncredited label artist. Decent but unremarkable Murican IPA. Thanks Derek!

In Chicago, and possibly elsewhere, beers 16 oz or less cannot be sold as singles, which results in breweries like Goose Island and Revolution selling 16.9 oz bottles or the standard 19.2 oz stovetop cans of their variants for which they do not have enough to package as four packs.

Regular offerings like standard BCBS and Deth’s Tar are too large to sell briskly in large quantities, at least here, hence this can included in the package for season ticket holders because they couldn’t sell these last Fall.

Tried 1664 Blanc last night before bed
It was okay, better than Blue Moon, and definitely a whole hell of a lot better than Hoegaarden, but still left something to be desired
I probably would've liked it more if I had an orange slice to put in it lol

Sebago Statisfied IPA from Ogunquit Beach

 

Very nice.

 

Joining @ChicagoJ on the Revolution train with Stoopermassive Cafe Deth, an absolute coffee bomb. The nose is like a nuclear coffee explosion.
